What time is check-in/check-out?

You can drop your bags off in your room as early as 2pm, but in some cases we may not be done cleaning and resetting your room until 6pm. Check-out is at 10 AM.

Is there parking?

We have a very limited number of parking spots. You can ask about parking via the Chat option on this page (bottom-righthand corner). We'll see if there is availability for your period.

We ask people not to park within 2 blocks of the space, to avoid bothering the neighbors.

Does my room have a bathroom?

Most rooms share bathrooms with other rooms in the same building. A small number of rooms have en-suite bathrooms — check the room listing for details.

What is our cancellation policy?

We offer full refunds for bookings scheduled to begin more than two weeks from the date of your refund request. To cancel (or extend) your booking, use the "Manage your booking" link in your confirmation email — or get the link re-sent here. Please note that we cannot guarantee refunds for bookings scheduled to begin within two weeks or less.
